A man with a strong belief in God’s works, he has led thousands with a strong faith in Christ and a heart for discipleship. Called into ministry in, Bishop Joe carries a clear mandate to raise believers who know God, walk in power, and impact their world.
His teaching is rooted in the Word, practical, and marked by the prophetic. Under his leadership, ECM has grown from [small group/house fellowship] to a vibrant church family celebrating its 4th year.He is passionate about [missions, youth empowerment, church planting, etc]. Bishop Joe is married to Pastor Jessica Malish, and they are blessed with 2 children.

Pastor Mrs Joe Ramond serves alongside Bishop Joe as Co-Pastor of Exalted Christ Ministries. With a deep love for worship, prayer, and women’s ministry, she leads [Women of Excellence / ECM Women / etc].
Known for her wisdom and compassion, she oversees [departments like children, counseling, welfare]. She believes the local church should be a place of healing, family, and purpose for all.
Together, Bishop Joe and Herself are committed to building a Christ-centered, Spirit-led church that transforms Liberia and beyond.
